Other areas : Minimum order of 6 crabs, free shipping for 1 dozen or more crabs, compensation for dead crabs! UPS Next Day Air arrives at noon the next day, shipping costs range from $35-80

Please check the package immediately upon receipt. If there are any dead crabs within 2 hours of the package showing "delivered" (please take a video as proof), we will compensate you in full. However, we will not compensate you in the following situations:
1. The customer entered an incorrect mailing address or recipient name, or provided a commercial address, and no one signed for the package on the delivery day, resulting in the package being undeliverable or returned.
2. The courier delayed the delivery by one day, and the ice pack inside could not hold up until the next day, causing the crabs to die.
3. If the hairy crabs are not eaten immediately after receiving them, they will die.
